LOL Lenie’s soup looks delicious, but stating “got the crud” over the picture makes for some interesting thoughts.

Sounds like I have the same thing. Boy that soup looks so good. I hope you feel better soon. I think I may make some soup and lay down while it simmers!

Thanks. Just feel like sleeping. No fever like you so I’m lucky. Just a real bad sore throat and big headache. My son, Jake, is coming down with the same thing, and we’re supposed to fly Friday to North Carolina. Today’s the GBHS JV’s first golf tournament in Reedsport, 3 hours north of here, and I’m the volunteer driver. Lenie said she’ll substitute for me. Good thing she seldom gets sick. Must be an evolutionary thing: Men drop like flies, while women soldier on.

Really though, I hope you all get well soon. Maybe now that you hit the big deadline you can get over this and get some R&R.
