Many of our members live in rural areas and must use dial-up connections to access the Internet.
Many others use monitors with limited width and height display area.
For these reasons, we ask that when you post pictures, you make sure the pictures are not more than 650 pixels wide and the file size is not larger than 50K.
The limited width will ensure members do not have to scroll back and forth to see everything on the page. The limited file size will ensure those using dial-up will not have to sit and wait several minutes for the page to load in their browser.
If you do not want to convert your photos to smaller widths and file sizes, then please upload them to a picture sharing service and post in the Forum the link(s) to the photo(s) along with with a description of what members will see if they click on the link.
Thank you!
