We did it. After 4 1/2 months of really hard work my husband and I moved into our off grid home.. Some of you have been watching our story. For anyone that is new to our story I have been posting our whole process with pictures for 4 months. If you want to see it you can go to:

Yes, I've been watching. Quite a tale and kudos on all the pictures. I particularly appreciate the hard figures you had on components and prices - extremely useful and practical information.
Congratulations! I hope you're either looking for a buyer for your story or looking into self-publishing.

Pat

You all have really been busy. Everything is looking great. I can't wait until you post the "finished finally" pictures.
That view is just breathtaking.

Kudos to you two! My wife and I have spent the last four days reading the great tale of your move off grid.

Hey there. Newbie here. just started reading your story on city-data. that's one amazing view you have. Of course, you are in God's country, AKA TN. ;D I grew up in middle TN, Franklin County. I really miss being there. Congratulations.

:) Wow fabulous place you have there. Did you get a hit on the powerball/megabucks/megamillions? That place must of cost a fortune.
Gorgeous piece of land - congratulations.
Hi Lisa,
Yes INDEED, I have been following your post on City Data and each Monday morning is a treat to read and catch up on.
