Hmm. ground beef:
Taverns - brown your hamb with some onions, garlic (fresh or powder) S&P (or other stuff you like), throw in some worchestershire and some slice american cheese - melt it all together and serve on buns. YOu can also add a can of cream mush soup to thicken it up or other similar binder.
Or - pretty much the same recipe but add sliced mushrooms, sour cream and 2 t. catsup and serve over noodles or rice - hamb stroganoff
Cooked chix - throw on a salad or stir fry some fresh veggies mix with the chix and serve with rice or pasta - a little olive oil or butter, dried basil/chervil or savory.
OR make up a chix salad sammie - some celery, onion, mayo, dried herbs - tarragon or basil
Ok - now I'm getting hungry ;)

How about Tacos? Ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato. You could make your own soft four tortilla shells, if you don't have any.
Salad with chunks of chicken.
Chicken wraps (tortilla, thing again)
Hamburger and macaroni
I hope that one of these helps!

My dad use to make kind of a hamburger gravy and put it over a couple slices of bread. It was quick and easy and tasted good.
