Dang, wish you hadn't asked!! I started the sprinkler in the garden and kinds played around in it.. ;D ;D Me and the ducks..

Nothing stranger than an old woman playing in a sprinkler glad we live way out in the country.. 8) 8)

soooo many times I am thrilled to be out in the country where no one sees me! LOL :) I sprinkled puppers today...it's HOT...they are goofs. my husky mix acted calm....my shepherd went wild. all done with me in my jammies, still! bless no neighbors! and off to shower. LOL

Took two days off and took the grandson fishing. We caught fish. Really. It was nice, peaceful and we both had a pretty good time in the outdoors.

recently I scrubbed out one of the chickens and ducks' blue plastic swimming pools and filled it up with nice cool water........then sat there with water nearly up to my knees til they all came and gave me be looks to get my feet out of their pool!!!!

I want to take the time to ENJOY my little homestead EVERY day instead of just planning planning planning all the time....we are all LIVING THE GOOD LIFE in bits and pieces and we need to ENJOY AND BE THANKFUL FOR EACH AND EVERY DAY!

Enjoy the lightening display in a thunderstorm....enjoy a slight breeze on a sweltering day....enjoy the baby goat bouncing across the pen....we are blessed....

and a little silliness never hurt anybody!!!!!
