Pretty sad news. Another business lost to foreign trade. If they was to put a tariff on imported goods maybe the American busnessmen and farmers would have a chance at making a living. Thank you big government for caring.

it's a catch 22. food production could provide a living for farmers like me, but you'd pay more. Unless you want to save money, then just find me, pay more than the stock yards do..and still pay less in the end.

It is becoming so obvious to me that there are a few fat cats sitting around a table deciding the fate of humanity based on their gross profit and there is noting we can do about it. >:(
WRONG. All ya gotta do is expend a little "elbow grease", a lot of research and time, and you can beat them before they even start. And you and your family will be healthier and happier for it.
High gas prices and economic collapse will do what 20 years of talking and speculation have failed to do: MAKE PEOPLE ACT FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT.
Enjoy...... ;D

I firmly believe that WE control the dollar. If we do not buy the products. If we don't fall for the advertising. Then where will big business be. Yes, right now they have control. For example. in grocery shopping, frugality is the word. No more pick me ups for dinner. In car buying, go for mileage, etc. You get my drift. We can reshape our lives for the better and serve notice on big business that we will have our way.
End of sermonette, stepping gingerly off the soapbox,
(old age, you know)
