looking for an opinion from someone more experienced than me -
playing with the idea of providing heat for a pole barn using solar heat generated by a black roof -
thinking of creating a shallow trough between roof joists with reflective metalized plastic film - the "top" of the trough will be the underside of the black metal roof - my question is: to heat the air in the trough as high as possible, should the underside of the roof be black or should it be reflective ?
