I have two panels that I bought off Craigslist that list specs as follows:

Pmax 50W
Vmp 78V
Imp .64A
Voc 102V
Isc .79A

I think they're for a 48v nominal system voltage, but I've been searching all day and I just can't seem to find out what a typical Open Circuit Voltage would be on a 48 volt panel.

Does anyone here have any idea?

I'd figure that you're correct. I have a 12 volt panel beside me and the open circuit voltage (Voc) on it is 23.8 volts.. (US-11)

Taking the Voc of my 12 volt panel (23.8v) times 4= 95.2 volts. Kinda close.. * ;)

Most 12 volt panels are roughly 21-23 volts Voc..

Taking your Vmp and dividing by 4= 19.9 v..

Vmp on mine is 16.5 v..

Yup.. I'd say ya gots yerself a couple of 48 volt panels.. * ;D
