Hi all,
Anyone have any tips for finding the right land in central or southwest VA? I would like at least 20 Ac. with a good year round creek (for a hydroelectric system) and some of it to be flat enough to build on and have a large garden. I have looked at a lot of land Lunenburg & Mecklinburg. Man land has gotten high. I have found some nice places on the land and farm web site along with united country. Money is what it is and most of what I see is more than I want to spend. (read can afford)
