Well even though I am still fighting pneumonia I am planing on the annual "Old Gal's Gone Wild Trip" to Colorado. I leave on the 15TH for MO for a visit with my son and his family south of St. Louis and then back to Springfield to pick up my cousin, Sandy. We leave the 18TH and will be gone until about the 27TH.
We are lucky enough to have a old high school classmate that owns a cabin up Wet Canyon. About 10 miles from Trinidad. Cabin is not quite right. It's a three bedroom, two bath, three car garage, 2,500 sq. ft. house. It faces west so the sunsets can be very beautiful to experence. Elk, bear and Mt. Lion all around.
Can't wait. Panama was wonderful but there is something about Colorado that once you have lived there never leaves you.
We travel well together and she's a photographer so lots of time is spent diddlin' around the country side.
