No... but she has found what others have found over the last five years in the area.

It is a breed of domestic dog (canine) that has gone feral.
They appear to be a cross between a chihuahua, rat terrier, and whippet or greyhound.
All of these breeds are known to be feral in the area so it is not surprising that they would form a new breed.

BTW: Dog racing breeds are bred in the area and often released when breeders go belly-up. Greyhounds combining with a smaller hairless breed is the likely culprit.
