Uncle Alvah Made me think!!! Electric actually owes me money after reading your post I called them and asked about the deposit they made me put down of 128.00 when I moved under AEP electric!!! They said it's either refunded after 12 months or credited to your account! Here's the kicker put down and they cashed the check last Nov and when I had them pull up the records they said I would receive a refund next month in Jan after I paid Dec bill which I just received >:( they he said if I like he would but a note to credit my account next month!!! So I stated nov to nov is a year wheres my money now!!!! >:( They alway send out a month or so or credit after a year!!!! BS is all I said and just credit my account!!!
