View Full Version : Kerry is a pinhead
While I think he holds the American fighting man in contempt, and has proven it since Vietnam; I think it is possible he really was trying to slam Bush, not the troops, when he made his comments about the undereducated being stuck in Iraq.
It's funny because:
A. Bush is 10 times smarter than Kerry.
B. The Dimmocrats made such moral hay over Foley.
C. They're gonna crucify that dumb SOB over this
D. It may cause the Dimmocrats to lose their shot at congressional control.
E. The Dimmocrats would scream twice as loud as the Repubs are gonna scream, had a Repub said this.
F. It's just politics and it don't mean nothing in the long run.

Sheep always seem to need a leader.
Kerry is a moron of epic proportions. Nowhere else could he hold office after the things he's done. He's an embarrassment to even the Klintons.

Gasp! choke! chortle! hee-haw! You've GOT to be kidding!
Bush is "10" times smarter than Kerry? WHAT PLANET ARE
YOU ON?? This dumb a$$ needs help to go potty, already. ::) ::)
As to Kerry's remark.....
I don't know anyone who's never stepped on their tongue one
time or the another. So the Republicans are trying to get even for
the Foley scandal. That all most (NOT all) Republicans have to offer
now.......distraction from this issues at hand.
I'm not going to say Kerry is the best at anything but he sure as
heck is smarter that Bush! :o :o :o

Most all of my family are going third party. Kerry is just one of the reasons.
I'm not a huge Bush fan, but as I recall, he beat Kerry on SAT scores entering college, and he had a higher GPA at Yale (which they both attended around the same time).
Kerry is a pinhead with a rich wife, a $1500 suit, and good hair, that's pretty much it. Just because Bush can't talk very well, doesn't mean he's stupid. Probably being consistently underestimated is one of his greatest strengths. I suspect the Repubs are going to give the Dimmocrats another lesson next week about counting their chickens before they hatch.

I never could understand. Bush is supposed to be dumb. He outsmarted both Gore and Kerry. Something is very wrong. How can it be both ways?

Thing is, the remarks made by Kerry were a slam against all Americans who are not of the "elite" or college educated. I believe it was a case of his true thoughts slipping out. There is no one who can convince me that Kerry and his ilk do not believe that they are on a totally different (and higher) plane than the rest of us 'common folks'.
In different times, he would have been ridden out of town on a rail. (And I'd have helped!!)
God bless,

Wanna-bee what? You comment is an insult, to all soldiers, past and present.
The average American Soldier is intelligent and well trained and probably just a bit better educated that the "average" person in this country. He/She is also willing to do something many others in this country aren't...stand up for YOUR rights and freedoms. Without the American Soldier, you probably wouldn't have the right to pontificate and make slurring statements on the internet.
End of Rant.

>:( John Kerry is an arrogant pompas ass ! He insulted the military ! His true thoughts came out ! Plain & simple. He simply stated what the liberal democrats have thought for years. That the military are either murderers & rapist, or they are the victims. Just depends on which side of the fence they happen to be on at the time. Kerry sealed his own fate with the remarks he made. Now he has Bill & Hillary & all the rest of the left wingers screaming for apologies. Not only is he he an ass! Now he's an ass within his own party. ;)

Well, if you look at the statement from Kerrys and Bushes time frame, the Viet Nam era, its exactly right. If you didnt go to college, or the air national guard, you wound up sitting in the mud behind a machinegun. So, maybe in view of the upcoming draft after the elections, its still right.

As far as sources of a coming draft, most of that is a personal concern, but you might want to check out "The Coming Draft" by Gold. Not real sure of the writers name, think its right though.

I had a couple of immediate thoughts when I heard his faux pas.
His wife wrote his speech?
Or some Republican paid him to be a distraction just days before an election? (because I think a lot of the Dems and Reps are in bed together, so to speak, when it comes to money, power and camera time)
Certainly, it's somewhat odd? funny? that one moment in time and a politician can be quickly mocked for life--remember Howard Dean, was it, who just made that little yell that was replayed over and over. Still makes me laugh.
Now we have troops holding signs with misspelled words. ;D Still, I don't know if it will stop anyone for voting for a particular candidate on either side, but gives us good fodder for jokes.
Frank
I don't intend this in a mean way, but I really feel sorry for you. Have you considered counciling?

If it actually comes down to an argument about which of the two is smartest (and I know it won't)
Bush had better grades than Kerry at Yale plus earned an MBA at Harvard.
Kerry is really gonna be long in the face when it turns out that he cost the Dimmocrats the control of congress.
What a pinhead.

Kerry is a pinhead, and I think most Demorats are too. But really, most politicians are. Personally, I'd like to strand all the trial lawyers, politicians, and medical insurance company CEOs on an island someplace. Then the rest of us could get some work done, and keep the money we earn.
I have to say, though, that I respect President Bush. Even if he's not the most eloquent of men, he does seem to stand behind what he says, without worrying about popularity contests. And after suffering through eight years of Klinton who was too busy chasing skirts to pay attention to the needs of this nation, I can say Bush is certainly a much better presient. I shudder to think what might have happened to us if Kerry or Klinton was in office on 9/11.
I got a big chuckle out of the troops with the misspelled sign.
Kerry should keep his mouth shut. Everytime he deviates from the script written for him, he shoots himself in the foot. What a jerk.
