On October 17, 2006, as you well now,
Bush signed the Military Commission Act
of 2006. *Goodbye to habeas corpus.

What most folks are not aware is on that
same day he signed John Warner's
National Defense Authorization Act of 2007.
Inside this Authorization Act, Bush revised the Insurrection Act, a set of laws that limits the
President's ability to deploy troops within the
United States. *The Posse Comitatus Act,
1878, and the Insurrection Act, 1807, substantially
limit the powers of the Federal government to
use the military for law enforcement. *Now, a
president can declare a "public emergency"
and station troops anywhere in America and
take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local
authorities, in order to "suppress public disorder".

Yes, jim, we are a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY NOW.

Wonder who they have chosen for our future
dictator for the year 2012 ENDGAMES.
