Have not been able to log on recently coz this is on a roving signal, and most of them have been blocked from BHM. Today, it comes in loud and clear: nice to be back: we had smoke from the fires in Victoria, as *did two years back. My father's grandfathers lived in those parts, around Yackandandah and Bright. Had temps of over 104 F for about a week, and them had a storm that took out a few rooves and trees, the third since November. And my vege patch shrivelled up and died, except for the chili. Still chasing the same woman as have been since 2007, she isn't saying yes, but she hasn't said no. Besides, she came off her horse last January, and broke a collarbone [R]. Autumn is *a coming in, and the crab apples are ready to eat, tho the big apples and the rose hips are not quite there yet. Got a load of jam jars at a garage sale, and have a hefty pile of wood to saw and split, also been knitting, with thick cotton: makes good shoulder bags.
