;D Hello from So-Cal, well upper So-cal for that matter. we live in the san bernardino mountains, just above 5000 feet. today my wife and I have decided to become homesteaders within the next 7 years. we have 2 kids age 11 and 8 and we want to be self sustaining by the time they are ready to go out on their own. after looking through 5 or 6 different sites we have decided to join you all here. So hello and look forward to meeting everyone even if only on-line.

hey thanks for the welcome. Had a long weekend of helping my brother move out to california from vegas. was hot and sticky.... :P. well we got our BoB's together for the 4 of us and i begin a 1st aid class tomorrow, not really a new thing for me more of a refresher, ive been a football coach now for 14 years so dealing with related injurys for a long time. Now i want to learn to deal with serious open wounds etc. anywho thanks again for the welcome Im gona hit some other threads here with some questions. Have a great week if your able ;D
