You are some amazing people. :) I fired the husband 9 years ago because we did not agree on where we wanted to raise the kids and where to go afterward. (he was a city dweller) I got out of the Air Force and moved myself and kids to Wisconsin to be near my family. Have a few more years before I can really begin my adventure but I am starting to look closely at how I want to spend my retirement. I know that Alaska is where I will be, it is my home, I spent 16 years there, between my father's tour in the Army and mine in the Air Force, and have found that to be my Utopia. I look forward to learning from you all and maybe contribute something once in a while. Thank you for this site.
