I'm Jeff, a 50 year old paramedic in PA trying to get back to basics. I do a lot of hunting, fishing, traping, hardening, and canning. I learned all these things from my parents and grandparents in the Poconos.

Nice to be here. I'm a paramedic for the past 35 years and now respond with the Urban Search and Rescue team in PA too. That puts me somewhere above a paramedic since we also suture and perform some other advanced invasive skills.

Really glad to have you medic. *It's good timing for me since I am starting my EMT training in August. *It's something that I've wanted to do for years but just have not had the time to do. *

I was a vol. fireman and a first responder in the early 90's but have been out of the loop for several years. *Finally decided to just go for it. *I may need some advice sometime. Perhaps i could pick your brain a little sometime? ;)

Glad to have you hear, hope you enjoy the site. Lot's of great folks and info here!
