I used to come here regularly when Claire Wolfe was doing her Hardyville posts on the main site. I really enjoyed the articles and posted sparingly to the forum. Perhaps I'll do so more often.

Hi Funk :-)

I loved those Hardyville stories. Whatever happened to Claire Wolfe? edited to clarify- I mean the Hardyville stories.

Thanks for the warm welcomes, all...

The Hardyville series had a nice four-year run, wrapping up last September. Claire's work makes for great, insightful reading. She did some movie reviews last month, and I'm sure we'll see more from her in the near future.

Danielle,

As enjoyable as the Hardyville stories were, they sadly did not bring to the website enough visitors and business to cover the expense. It was Claire who decided to let Hardyville fade back into the mists rather than compromise quality, and we agreed.

Claire still writes regularly for the print issue. She does a movie review column each issue and has been writing some great "Living in the Country" articles.

Here is a link to her Valentines-day movie reviews from the last issue:
