Ya! Al Gores group even went as far as to say Green Land lost all the glaciers and is almost completely free of ice. Get on the sat. map imaging and take a look for yourself. It is covered in ice/snow.

Hey msta,
Did you hear about the WW2 fighter plane they found under the ice in Greenland? I watched "Global Warming or Global Governance", and yeah, the plane was under so much ice, (I don`t have the DVD, as I lent it to a bud), that can only be explained by constant snowfall since the plane landed with engine trouble in the `40`s, and even up to the present day. As I understand it, the plane was recovered and was restored and is in use today!

No, the pilots survived. You guys are lucky to know a WWII history-buff like me :D !
The P-38 Lightning that was rescued and restored was re-named Glacier Girl. Here's a link to the story if you're interested http://p38assn.org/glacier-girl.htm .
Not many know this about me but, I'm a Nerd that builds model planes. LOL

Hey OMD,
I find it incredible that the fact that it was under all that ice, and yet, this isn`t touched upon by folks like ol`Owl Gore.
I am of the opinion that the earth`s general condition is changing, and has been since way back when. I remember in the `70`s when scientists were publishing articles on the coming ice age. I believe that the sun is causing our weather changes and man`s impact is not really doing it. Hard, science, not politically motivated Fabian Socialist ex-hippies and their whiz-bang computer graphics, is what we should be paying attention to.

No, I didn't hear of the plane. That would be something to see though. It must have been on quite awhile ago, I watch discovery and the history channels every day....almost.

I don't know if there is anything to this global warming thing, but I would like to err an the side of caution till we find out for sure.

Yes, I agree, we need to get greener and greener, but we don't need all the wining and blaming america. What we need to do is just what we are doing. All along we have been making our cars and factories less and less poluting. We have stopped clear cutting or made the lubber companies plant trees it those areas, we are recycling more and more, our cars and trucks are getting better and better mpg. But if you listen to the far left, we are not doing anything. The only thing they (far left) can do is complain. When is the last time they came up with a workable idea to save the environment?? No they never come up with solutions, they just point fingers, while they use ever thing they say is causing the so called "problems".

I laugh in the left's faces. It's all about money to them. If going green is so good why does it cost 20% more to go green. It's just another way to suck the rest of your money from you. Thanks Al Gore for being the chief dork of the go go green weeneys program.

Hey msta999,
Funny you said "greener and greener". Growers have been injecting carbon dioxide into their greenhouses for decades, now, I understand. It evidently boosts their production many fold. Perhaps we ought to give all our cows Tums to make `em toot more.
