Hi all ... I'm a long-time rural-living country boy and a features columnist for a newspaper in Indiana. My family and I made homemade apple cider for the first time this year on an antique cider mill manufactured in the mid to late 1800's. It was great fun. we are definitely going to make it an annual event from now on. I wrote an article and created an audio slide show of the process and was hoping to get some feedback from and share it with other like-minded country folks. Anyone willing to check the article and the slideshow out and give me feedback?? Thanks. I appreciate it.

I guess I am a little late here but another pld adage is better late than never.
I liked the article. Thanks for sharing it. I wish I had found it when I could buy apples by the bushells this year. *

PS. Do you know how to make Apple Brandy. That and a good sleeping bag is the best thing I ever saw to sweat a bad cold out with. I could buy a pint and get rid of a bad cold 2 or 3 years ing a row along with my mummy sleeping bag zipped up to my neck. Worked every time. :)
