Ozarkmountaindaredevil, I got the page to load OK. It's plans for a solar water distiller.

It's so clear how they did it from the picture, I don't think you'd even need to read it once you saw it!

Visualize a large, shallow, watertight box with a piece of glass over the top. Evaporating water collects on the (slanted) piece of glass and runs down into a trough, then through silicone tubing that's passing through a hole in the lid of a glass jug. Any pathogens are killed by the sunlight.

Pretty clever - and I bet lots of folks here could build it for a whole lot less than their estimated $150! *;)

The page finally loaded. Wow! That is cool and SO simple. I printed it out and plan to build one. Don't ask me when, though. I've got so many irons in the fire now that I often don't know where to start. :)

I took anotherr try because of some other stuff on the site,
Just having a little fun and dreaming. I built the solar eletric generator and my daughter used it for summer camp a few years back.
