2nd Potential Home

My DH and I will be going to tour this home Wednesday morning. The home is situated on three level, unrestricted acres.

One concern I have relates to resale value...the home was built in 1980, BUT according to the listing information it's set on the foundation in a manner that makes it comparable to a stick-built home. Does that make sense??

!980 is coming close to a 29 year old mobile home. The foundation is nice but it just raises your taxes. The seller will say it's just like a stick built house and the buyer will say it's a 30 year old mobile home. I guess if the price is right it might be something to look into.
