The real me

We got a good deal on a scanner so I had my son put together a real picture of me to use here at BWH. So this is the real me (well the real me with hair done and makeup on and posed)

Well since I had this picture taken, I donated my hair to one of those cancer wig things so it's not so long and I hardly ever get dressed up like I am in it but I am a girl and I like to look girly once in a while.

My son said I should have posted my work ID in my security uniform with my hair pulled back,no makeup and my geek glasses on. I told him I would like to be known as pretty once in a while. ;)

I've always been afraid to have a glamour photo taken of myself. I'd get it done and it'd look pretty good; then someone would come to the house, see it setting on the table and ask me, "Hey Dixie, you been sick or something since you had that picture taken?"

You look pretty in that photo, and I'm sure you're pretty in person, but it would be sort of a drag to have to dress up like that every day.
