The dogwoods are beautiful in spring, and the neighborhood has been around for about 60 or so years now. *Behind me used to be woods, field and a huge community garden. *I believe all the building to be done in that development has been completed, but as you can see it's quite substantial. *I love our home and I don't want to sell, but I don't know if I can take anymore development closing in on me like that!

See the equity for what it is. The neighborhood development has not increased the value of your home?The most difficult time for myself right now is preparing yet again for another move, this time I believe for the last time. The resumes, the phone tag, the financial acrobatics, the staging, the unknown, as we approach the point of no return.
