Ok, I have purchased the Nutrimill, a Bosch Universal Mixer, and a bag of hard red wheat. Where do I go from here? I have been making whole wheat bread from the whole wheat flour you buy at the local store, but am not sure I would use the same recipe. I ground some of the wheat this morning and it turned out fine. I used my regular recipe and ran it through the Bosch for a few minutes (I wasn't sure how long I needed to let it go) and now have two loaves in the Excalibur rising. Is there a simple TNT recipe that I should use?
Also, I think Karen mentioned that the Nutrimill does cornmeal. Do I do anything "special" to get the cornmeal? The owner of the store that I went to yesterday mentioned something about having to get the outside husk off of the kernel.
One final question (for now) - does the Nutrimill do a coarser corn grit? I wanted to see if anyone knew before I tried it and messed up the machine.
Thanks!
