Hi, has anyone grown & used quinoa?I am planting for the first time this year to use in place of rice. We have a grson we are raising who is allergic to rice so thought this would be good in place of rice. Do know that it must be very well washed to not be bitter & soapy tasting.& to cover the heads at harvest time if it rains so they dont sprout. Would appriciate any help on this . Thanks
