Deberosa! what a coincidence...i am an interior barn decorator! just kiddin :)
most of my wealthier clients who have horses have concrete floors in their barns to make cleaning & rolling things around easier like the wheelbarrow full of horse leavins after cleaning a stall. also is nice if they need to pull in a tractor or vehicle. to me its just a luxury but if you are looking to sell it would increase the value.
the new plywood swap sounds like another easy way to get more storage. as far as the stalls not being used for horses sounds like you are doing what other people do with the extra space already. i think if you really wanted to do something just cleaning it out would do the most. then you could see the space a lil more clearly to decide what should go where.
