Hey everybody,
Ok, I'm sorry about the lack of updates, specifically pics. So here's the latest progress...
Now that the sheet and shear is passed, it was time to start cutting holes in that new roof and shear walls!...

Vents and 'penetrations' ready for roofing...

Roofing at the end of day one...

The roofer called it an early day. His 'helper' was pretty warn out!
Roofing at the end of day two...

And back outside to the trenching for the electric, phone, gas and water to the house. This should have taken half a day with a trencher. Well after an hour and a half and me with a pulled back, we had gone a total of 3 FEET! So, it was off to rent bigger equipment, a small excavator!
This is Trevor teaching Terri...

And after two days and a full night of soaking the trench this is all the progress!

We need to finish digging that trench to depth and then dig TWO more!
Ok, more posts as we have more progress.
Oh, and the doors and windows that were supposed to be delivered next week are going to be there today! So, I have to run up the hill to receive them. Pics later.
