Easy Yeast Breads In a Bag

I've linked information to Bread-In-A-Bag recipes before. I've taught classes for Bread-In-A-Bag and it's a great way to get started making bread, or for children to experience making bread.

Today I found a new site that has a lot more recipes using this simple In-A-Bag technique. One tip, use a freezer-style zip-lock bag. They are made with heavier plastic and seem to work better.

That looks really cool. My kids are just showing an interest in cooking, so that could be a fun thing to do over the holidays when we are out of school.
