Hey everyone,

I just picked up a used 760 in a pawn shop that I hope is in good shape. The action seems fine but it could use some cosmetic work(re-blueing mainly).
My problem is I don't want to break it down and not be able to get it back together again when I'm done blueing it.
Does anyone know where I can get a manual online or order one from anybody else besides Remington. I'm going to call them Mon. and see what they say. I like the pump slide and mag arrangement as I'm a lefty and it fits my style great. If anyone has a manual, I'll pay for copying and postage etc.
Thanks for your attention and help.

I do believe you can go to Remington.com and down load the manual... You will just have to find the manuals link there...

Remington 760 is almost identical as 7600, can't remember the minute differences, if any mecanical.
Should be a good, fast handling deer rifle for you. I would recommend a spray on finish for you if you do not have access to hot blue tanks. The finish will be more durable and easier and LESS smelly than cold blueing.

Here you go. Just mouse over the downloads menu on the left and click on "ower's manual".
