What slug gun do you use ?

Just wondering what Brand and type of slug gun do you use ?

Open sight or scope!
Smooth or rifled barrel?
What Gauge ?
What type of slugs!

This year I will be using Winchester 1300 12 gauge pump I just bought a new rifled barrel today had a smooth slug barrel before a little upgrading ;)!
Will use factory sights.

The slugs I will use are Winchester Plantium Tip Sabot Slugs 2 3/4 400 grains mainly because a couple years go bought a bunch of them on clearance! Rainy today Hope to get shoot the new set-up soon!

I have a Remington 870 Express with a Mossberg rifled barrel. It has a Tasco scope and it seems to do best with Lightfield sabot slugs. I tried a couple Hornady SST slugs and they seem to group nice, but not much better than what I'm shooting.

870 .12 with a fully rifled barrel. Also a 20 (870 also) with an improved cylinder choke tube. Both are great.

Had a Marlin 512 12 ga.(bolt action) designated slug gun, but didn't like "bolt action" when action heats up. Awkward, unlike a pump.

I use my Win. 16ga. Model 12 with Brenneke 1 oz. slugs. Does a great job out to 50 yds. with the front bead!

My dad used to have a H&R (or was it NEF?) single-shot 12 ga. It had a heavy barrel which was rifled and a Bushnell scope. Man that thing was accurate!!
