I was going to stop by the wood working show at the Monroe fair grounds today, and they also have a weekly flea market, so I stopped there first. At the end of the buildings with the flea market booths was a bunch of old farm equipment, so I started looking at them and this guy comes out of the build and started telling me about how they restore old farm equipment and let me start up the equuipment one by one. It was real cool and I didn't even know they had a musium at this location. We go into the building and they have these old time grain mills, that accually work. There was a lot of stuff there and I will be going back next weekend with my son, so he can see what kind of equipment they used in the "old days". Funny part is, when I was a kid, some of my grand parents had some of this type of equipment. I remember my uncle had the old John Deer tractors you had to start by spinning the flywheel by hand, and of course, I would never get it to spin fast enough so I just parked the tractors on the hill and would pop the clutch to get it going. Anyhoo, I thought is was neat and I'm posting their website, incase anyone wanted to look them up.

If you click on one of the pictures, it will bring up a lot of the stuff they have.
