Yipiee - found my coconut oil for bread

Have looked everywhere and was just going to resort to ordering on line. Found it in the pharmacy area of Wallmart with the vitamins and other supplements. Was just standing waiting for my prescription and looked to my left and there it was. Now to get Chia seeds. I am determined to make GREAT bread.

Make sure the coconut oil is FOOD GRADE. Some grades are for skin/hair application, not food.

OH Yea - it's food grade - all it talks about is for food - doesn't mention hair or skin a single time. It says "Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Dietary Supplement"
