"Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body." Some sources attribute it to Joseph Addison; some to Sir Richard Steele. Which is true? Or are they both true? (Perhaps one of them came up with it, and the other repeated it.)

Think I'll go with Locke and not sweat the small stuff. Read the other works of both of them...
