I think the very best Constitutional (type) study book is "YOU DECIDE- applying the bill of rights to real cases". *You have to buy both the student book and the teacher edition to be able to use it, so it runs over $50, but it's worth every penny. I used it with all four kids when they were about 15-16. *They all loved it. It was very high-interest rather than dry rhetoric.

Michael Farris also has a Constitutional Study class online that a couple of my kids took. *It was good, but very in-depth and thorough.

The link you gave was great.
