Seriously, how are those kids going to be brainwashed by the Guberment Indoctriantion System if they don't go to public schools? ;D
As for Germany, I thought Hitler wasn't running that country anymore... geesh...
This is really scarey to me, we've been seriously pondering the idea of getting our son the heck out of guberment schools and homeschooling him. We've come to the conclusion he'd probably get a better education if we did, but if a kid does 4 straight years and graduates in our schools he gets a free ride for college...

Depending on your finances and what's available in your area, there is usually the option of a private or charter school. Within my area of the country, the private and charter schools outperform the public schools on all levels.
