I milled both hard and soft white wheat this morning, and I made two loaves of multi-grain bread with the hard wheat flour (also in the bread - flaxmeal, semolina, and multi-grain cereal). Since there were three rather sorry looking bananas, I also baked a sugar-free (I use agave nectar - a honey-like, low-glycemic natural sweetner) banana cake using the soft white wheat flour. It was a new recipe that I have adapted, so it's still in the experimental stage, but looks like a winner.
