Oh, man! What a blast from the past! They don't make 'toons like that anymore. Shame. Entertaining and Educational all in one package! Saturday mornings in front of the TV eating Cheerios with too much sugar are some of my fave childhood memories. After cartoons, I'd set my Hot-Wheels track up and play until Lunch. :)
I carry a P-38 on every key-ring that I have and make sure the wife and kids do the same. I actually prefer it to a hatchet with a loose head or sticks of explosive. :D

Thx, UnBound. That was very cool.

i want to know how these guys manage to hide all their explosives from the BATFE. That would be useful knowledge.

I want to know when ATF became BATFE ???

Damn Janet Reno...

They raided the Acme Warehouse and confiscated everything. That's why Sylvester, Wile E. and the gang are no longer on TV. ;D

Dear Ozark,

You're quite welcome. As Archie and Edith sang: "...Those were the DAAAAAAAYS!..."

;D

Yep, there is not a multi-tool or multi-bladed knife in my collection that doesn't have a can opener. I also use a strictly hand-powered can opener in the kitchen. I'll never let any emergency make me as craven and desperate as poor ol' Sylvester.

Dear Mac,

This cartoon was back in the day when M-80 firecrackers had the power of 12 gauge shotgun shells.

The cartoon probably wasn't too far ahead of the time when you could go to your local hardware store and buy TNT to clear out stumps on the back forty and all you had to do was sign for it and lay down your cash. The man may have had some sticks that he presumed were "grandfathered."

Once again, "...Those Were The DAAAAAAAYS!..."

Dear Funkhouser,

If I recall correctly, the name change to BATFE came about sometime post-9/11.

Funny, I thought that Wile E. Coyote sued Acme out of existence for all the crap-can products they sold him, like the Earthquake Pills with small print that specifically stating that they weren't effective on road runners...or the Acme Batman Costume: "The Only Batman Costume Made for Bats!"
