On Thurs Nov 30th there is a court hearing about my house. *

Please pray that the truth comes out, and is seen clearly by the judge.

I am so tired of the lies being said about me.

Thank you all for your prayers. I am sure this made a difference.

Now an update. *;D *Definitely good news.

The judge refused to hear all of the wild accusations my sister was making. *He told her and her atty that this is PROBATE court NOT criminal court! If you have criminal charges, take them there!
( In other words: *SHUT UP !!! ) *;D

by the way...... the six wittnesses my sister brought in to testify against me were left waiting in the hallway.
They never entered the courtroom!!! ;D
The whole proceding was over in less than 1 hour. :D

As to the inventory (that should have been filed TWO YEARS ago........ ) *my sister's lame excuse was that I barred her from the house, and she couldn't get in.

Well DUH! *::) *After numerous break-ins *and many items STOLEN, I barred the doors so no one would get in.

She ( of course ) did not ASK me to let her in. *::)

The judge REFUSED to force me to let her in.
The statute used the judge said was ambiguous:

(as being undefined, undefinable, or without an obvious definition and thus having an unclear meaning.)

The judge clearly stated that he did not have the power or authority to do that. *
The judge made my sister's atty look like an idiot.
The judge stated that he cannot make me wear a blue shirt. He does not have that power.
The judge stated to my sisters atty:
"Drop and give me fifty" *(push ups) * :D ;D
As her atty stands and stretches out his arms the judge says *"I was just kidding" *
"I know" was the reply.

The judge made his point. He does NOT have power and authority over me or MY home!
There is no law giving him that power, *and he will NOT exceed his authority!

I will re-post this on the other boards so it won't be missed by those interested.

Thank you again TXAnne, RnagerRick, Cumberland, Nancy1340 and others for your prayers.
God has spoken! * DavidOH
