Our good chicken book went missing and we have a sick chicken. She is tired and has very watery diarrhea. Worm? Anyone with any guesses?

Coccidia? Clostridia? Have you added antibiotics to the water to treat the flock?

I agree, most likely cocci. You can get a cocci water treatment to treat the entire flock at most feed stores. If one has it, they all do.
another thing to check is to open her beak and look inside really good for white patches on her throat and roof of her mouth, this is thrush and is usually treated with a sulfa drug that can also be bought over the counter.

Thats what they said in the backyardchickens forum, so I'm on it. Thanks for the replies.

I was a serious poultry breeder up until 2 years ago. It took a while but I finally got the right idea. I tossed all the poultry health books and began breeding for resistance. I culled any bird which ailed from anything and didnt recover in 2 days.At first my pens became pretty lowly populated but within 4-5 years the birds just weren't getting sick. I never treat them with anything like anti biotics, wormers(poisons), etc. I could take them to 14 shows a year from maryland to oklahoma and never get as much as a sniffle. Well, there were still those few exceptions. Its my opinion they have even become resistant to internal parasites. I used manure from older birds in the water of chicks to inoculate them for coccidiosis.Fresh, clean water, top quality feeds, plentiful air movement is what makes a stout bird.
