I've become a BIG fan of Pandora.com, an internet radio that plays different music after you choose the type you want to hear. Right now I'm listening to some good old fashioned Gospel music, I've heard Tennessee Ernie Ford singing Bringing in The Sheaves, Bill Anderson do Whispering Hope, and I forget who doing Rock of Ages.
Anyone here listen to this site?

I listen to Pandora at work. I've been on "Jack Johnson" for about 6 months and haven't really changed it up. Neat site but I found if you start giving thumbs down or thumbs up to songs, the selection gets smaller so I leave it alone and listen to whatever comes up.

I like Route 6 Radio. com.

Right now it's a invite only station wile they perfect some stuff ..but the music is all from rural pa and upstate NY. Indy stuff

They don't talk about negitive news. Just like if you were a guess in there house... So it's a nice way to just chill. It's kinda like golden age of radio stuff.

My husband does more often that I, but we usually have one of his pandora stations playing while we're at home. He has a couple of Spanish music stations (Juanes and La Oreja de Vangoh, I think), a couple of acapella stations, and some other misc. stations. Pandora is awesome!

How do you mean?

On Pandora, it's music. You choose the content, so yes, it could be "adult"

I love Pandora. It's commercial free. Better than live 365.
I put in Nat King Cole and kick back.

This morning the girls and I are listening to classical music. Started out with Tschaikovsky's Symphony No.6 in B Minor. Just finished Overtures by someone by the last name of Cherubini, first name starts with an L. I like it because it introduces my 3 and 5 year old granddaughters to a wide variety of music that I know their mother doesn't really like, such as what we're listening to right now. Yesterday we listened to folk music similar to that of Peter, Paul, and Mary. I called them into the room to listen to the Irish Rovers do The Unicorn Song which they loved. Not unusual for them to come over and listen closely when they hear something they like.

I have always enjoyed archive.org. It allows me to listen to all the Grateful Dead and Max Creek I want.

another vote for pandora here. expecially since it has an iphone/ipod touch application that if you're lucky like me in that my commute is almost completely in a 3G zone so I can stream in the van!

I love Pandora. *I have channels set up for Doris Day radio, Eartha Kitt radio, Ella Fitzgerald radio, Louis Armstrong radio, Al Jolson radio, Fats Waller radio.......... The songs often run into each other on each channel, but it's fun to play with while on the computer. *I also have Jazz Holiday channel and Beach boy channel among others. *I just can't say enough about Pandora. I love it. If somebody hasn't played with it, they should try it. *You can find almost any decade of songs in any genre.
