I hope someone can tell me what to do. after our old computer died and we had some problems adjusting to some of the odd things the new laptop is doing, I notice that my mailbox is totally messed up. I have no idea how it happened nor what is the matter. there is nothing there but the date, then, covering the whole page, a list of my mails, then, if you scroll down, there they all are. nothing else, no button to erase, nothing whatsoever. I need to springclean my mailbox, and I would like to get back to normal. thanks for any advice.

What email program are you using? What operating system?

It is not my e mail that is messed up, it is my mailbox here on the forum. It is full to the brim and I can not do a thing with anything.

In the list of all of your e-mails there is a fourth column and an icon in that column to remove that message.

Also in tiny print across the very top of the list are some options - like going to your outbox. The first icon there is to empty your inbox in one fell swoop! These options are almost touching the top of the first message on your list.

Hope that helps.

Have you tried to change the style of the forum to "Ads Right" or "Old Style" to see if that makes a difference in how the page is displayed? I've tried to see if using a different browser made a difference (I use Mozilla Firefox) and Internet Explorer did display the "Full Width" style a little wierd. Also, do you have a message that has a super long subject line or something like that? If so, it might be scrunching (that's a real word ;) ) everything to the right and either off the page or down.... Do you know how to take a screenshot? If so, could you post one so we could see?

if that were so I would not have a problem, but there is nothing there but the date, nothing, that is why I have a problem

Well, lets start at the beginning. :) What operating system are you using? And what web browser are you using?
