Howdy, all.

I'm looking for some RDRAM (Rambus DRAM) and am wondering if anyone knows of a reliable and cheap place to buy it.

The best I've found online so far is cheapestrdram.com. Their prices are certainly reasonable, but I can't find any reliability or quality information about them.

Anyone ever do business with them or have another place to check?

I'm looking for

1G (2 x 512) RDRAM PC800 (400 MHz FSB) non-ECC.

cheapestrdram.com is offering 2 x 512 for $325 total.

Comments or suggestions?

Thanks.

Oliver

Intels proprietary memory attempt that cost more and performed less...

I buy 99% of my hardware from http://www.newegg.com

They have great prices, fast shipping, incredible customer support and so on.

Here is a link to what they currently have:

Newegg RDRAM List (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Description=rdr am)

After re-reading the question, I'm thinking it may be cheaper for you to get a replacement motherboard that supports a more common style RAM. Just something to consider if your budget is close to $300.00.
