psuite.exe ?

All of a sudden, files which I used to use are not viewable and I keep getting a "Can't find psuite.exe" prompt. I know I had it in the past and I haven't added or subtracted any programs. Help!

Here's what I found:
Psuite.exe refers to MGI Photo Suite. It is a program used to open and modify photographs. You evidently had it on your hard drive at one time--either as a part of your original software package, or it was optional software installed with another program.

So . . what are the type of files you used to open, but can't now?

What you want to do (the easy fix) is to find one of these files, RIGHT mouse click on it, and use "Open With" from the drop down box that you will get. Now choose the program you used to open these files with; "Choose Program" - - and be SURE to click the check box that says, "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" on the program choice box.

Somehow, your files have gotten associated with a program you haven't got, but it's pretty easy to fix.

i dont believe you carolann! my wife says she is old fat & ugly all the time too but she isnt!

on a serious note i have learned a ton of stuff from kim komando. she has the most popular weekend syndicated radio show. its typically on AM radio. she has a great web site & radio show & also has email newsletters that are valuable. she will key you into plenty of free stuff or advice on how to do anything with your comps. everytime i go visit my niece & nephew we go to kim's kids sites & they always love that too. very family oriented & good info.
