Anyone got a ps2 ?

I just got a ps2 (Playstation 2) & found this site & ordered this $30 kit which includes a special lid & a set of swap magic disks, & now I can either download & burn to dvd or go rent/borrow games, bring em home & copy em & own em forever.

This is a HUGE thing, when you consider the games are around $50 each, & with my $30 investment games are now the price of a blank dvd-r

With the swapmagic you can even play all copied SNES & Nintendo Disks AND all PS 1 & 2 Copied Disks right on your ps2 !!!

Anyway, so far I have copied these PS2 games which I borrowed from the neighboring kids: I have also convinced their parents to invest the $30, (less than 1 game) & buy blank dvd's & now we all have all of each others games !!!

REMEMBER: you must get the correct lid for your model # PS2 !! & You'll want the NTSC swap magic as thats the format for American Games (the ones ppl will have for you to copy) American ps2's WILL NOT play the PAL ps2 games from Japan & EUR.

Nope but thank God the neighborhood is full of them. & now most if not all have the swap magic too..

You'd think if Sony had a problem with it they would make it's use void the warranty of your ps2, HOWEVER, they don't & it doesn't. They actually sell it from the sony site, so obviously, they are not only aware of it, but CONDONE it's use on their product by selling it themselves. it has only one use, which is to play game backups..

As for "Being glad ya Don't know me", I too am glad. All I need is someone on a moral high horse nagging at me 24/7.. if I want that I'll get Married :D
