What are you nuts? Keep them. At $8 plus per meal you can never get them again for what you got them for. Stick them in a closet and forget about them. I have some that are 10+ years old and I open about 1 every year and they are still good. I have some that are the dark brown plastic so they are from the 1980's.
With times the way they are and never knowing what the future will bring they are good insurance.
They take up very little space for the amount of calories in each meal. One of those casseroles meals will feed two. Remember these were designed to feed one military person in full battle gear in very stressful atmosphere so they are packed with calories. If Tennessee was not so far away I would come take all you would give away.
Those that said they did not like them must be hooked on fast food only We love them around here but then I like quite a few of the C-rats before MRI's came around. My kids loved those crackers and peanut butter in those.

Bones those C-Rat's were good. I put back 10 cases when they changed over to the mre's. we used them on many a boy scout outing. nice thing they all had P-38'S. got that stack @ $10.00 a case. Wish I could find a similar today.
