So not to steal a thread, I started a new one.
I just did a research the other day about home remedies for kidney stones.
I came across a recipe for a treatment. Mix 2 oz of olive oil and 2 oz of lemon juice, drink it straight down and follow with a large glass of water. Don't know if it works or not, but read a few articles & it seems to. Do a google search, & check it out. Here's two links to look at.

Sissy I have a friend that has used this recipe to pass the really tough ones and it works for her. She is plagued by kidney stones has had them on and of since she was about 18 (she30 now). From what she says it will help to pass gall stones too although I never did try, I just had my gallbladder removed. I hope this works for firegirls husband, I've also heard you can mix in orange juice, but I don't know anyone who's done that.

I'm glad to find out it works. Hubby's back was hurting & he thought that might be the reason. I didn't thank so, but did research anyways just in case. He did drink it though. I like to use home remedies & herbs when I can. Thanks for letting me know it works. I'll add it to my list of remedies.
