I think one of these pans may be the solution I am seeking, but it depends on size. *Because I am in the city, I don't have access to retailers that carry this line in-store to measure for myself.
I need one that is 15 1/2" diameter, or less, measured across the outside of the bottom, and more than 16" diameter measured across the inside of the top. *If anyone has access to one or more and could measure them, and then let me know what size in gallons or quarts (the way they identify them for selling), if any, meets my needs, I could get it ordered in.
