Is there anyone on here from NH who can tell me if what I have heard is true. I am told we can no longer shoot or trap animals destroying our crops, etc. Fish and Game personnel in the past have told me that this is 2nd and 4th Amendment protected. Sounds like an anti gun or PETA person is behind this.

I have not seen or heard anything about that.
If there were such a move, I am sure it would be discussed here: http://forum.freestateproject.org/index.php

I live across the river in Vermont I'm pretty sure this is a load of B.S.

I am pretty sure to even use any type of trapping gear on your own land to protect your crops and live stock you have to have a trapping license?

As far as shooting at animals killing your livestock and eating your crops, I’m almost positive you can shoot the animals causing the damage, at least that’s what I learned.

Give a call to N.H. fish & game they can set you straight.
